  OUTSTANDING! I can’t express enough how wonderful it was working with the ENTIRE Craig Hartranft team. Our buyer’s agent, Sarah Sample was magnificent. She was knowledgeable, very responsive and took the time to explain everything to us throughout the whole process. She was courteous, direct and always looking out for our best interests which made us feel amazing through the process of buying a new home. Having her in our corner as buyers made us feel comfortable and safe in any decision we would make. Her showing partner, Pam Dull was also wonderful. She was readily available, accommodating to our time schedule and in constant communication. She arrived early on every showing and made the home tours valuable and informative where she knew we had specific needs (yard, garage, etc). After our offer was accepted, the team on the HomeSale side were wonderful at taking care of everything we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. Erica Emig kept in touch every week and answered all of questions timely and effectively. Mary Lou Hill assisted us with our insurance searches which saved us a tremendous amount of time. And finally, the use of the free moving truck was a godsend. This team has thought of everything and is constantly looking at their strategies and making changes where they see the trends of their clients’ needs. That is evident in their relationship with us and we appreciated it greatly. They are on their game! Thanks for making our buying experience so easy and amazing!

  I was recommended to an agent by the name of David Ishler by my mortgage agent after being approved for my loan. David was always courteous and really insightful during the whole process. He often set up showings of houses for us in extremely short amounts of time. Once or twice less than 24 hours in advance! Several times during showings he would point out little things that may become problems later that I totally missed. After finally finding the house we wanted, David helped us through the whole settlement process and helped explain a lot of terms we didn't understand. At that point during the settlement process we were put into contact with Erica from the Craig Hartranft team. She checked in with us once a week to keep us updated with what the settlement required from us and to check if we needed anything. Whenever we had a question about the status of the settlement or any odd questions Erica was just a text away and responded right away. Even after we moved into the house the team stayed in touch and answered a few questions we had whenever we reached out. Overall I would wholeheartedly recommend the Craig Hartranft team to anyone that's looking to purchase a home.
