- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't believe all the hype about this realtor. They are highly overrated.. I set the price for our home and got it. $5,000 more than the agent was going to list it. Didn't even get a thank you for putting more money in his pocket. The communication exchange was horrendous. Then they never delivered a SETTLEMENT sheet the day before SETTLEMENT as required by law. Lastly,the day before SETTLEMENT, we learn that a portion of our proceeds are being held back. Very sloppy and lack of attention to details. There are a lot of choices for realtor in Lancaster.
